Areas we cover

We are based in Ipswich. For the work that needs someone to turn up, we cover Suffolk and Essex within about forty miles. For the work that does not, we cover the UK.

Those are two different promises, and mixing them up is how agencies end up claiming to serve a hundred towns they have never visited. Below is which is which.

What covering an area actually means

Half of what we do is better when we can stand in the room. The other half is the same work whether the client is ten minutes away or four hours away. Pretending otherwise in either direction costs someone something — either a promise we cannot keep, or a service nobody knew they could have.

Why the line sits at about forty miles

Forty miles from Ipswich is roughly the distance we can drive, do a proper job, and be back the same day without the trip itself becoming the expensive part. It covers most of Suffolk, the north and centre of Essex, and the coast on both sides. Beyond that, a site visit stops being a morning and starts being a day, and we would be charging you for our journey rather than for your business.

It is a practical limit, not a rule. If you are just past it and the work genuinely needs someone there, say so and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense — including when the answer is that a local firm would serve you better.

The setup fee is the same for every town on this list — being further out does not make you more expensive. What actually moves the timeline is having your photographs, your list of services and your prices ready. Bring those to the first conversation and most of the site can be decided in one sitting.

The towns we work in

Each of these has its own page, written about that town rather than assembled from a template with the name swapped in.

Not on the list?

The towns above are the ones we have pages for, not the boundary of what we do. If you are in Suffolk or Essex and your town is not listed, it is almost certainly still within range — the list is about which pages exist, not which vans move.

And if you are in London, Norwich, Cambridge or anywhere else in the country, the second column above is yours in full. Search, advertising, social media, training and consultancy do not care where your office is. Plenty of that work never involves a meeting in person at all, and it is not a lesser version of the service — it is the same service.

What a local business gets

A professional website, a simple CRM to keep customers and enquiries in one place, and the day-to-day work of keeping both running. Setup is a one-off £235; the monthly plans start at £49. Hosting and your domain stay with your own provider — we configure them, you own them. Most businesses are live within about two weeks.
